The Waterbury Way is close to downtown Russells Point and minutes from many bars and restaurants as well as the Moundwood Boat Ramp. We are in close vicinity to Mad River Mountain, Piatt Castles, Ohio Caverns and historic downtown Bellefontaine. Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway, girls/guys trip or just looking to relax and unwind. We hope you find our place ideal for you and your guests. Failure to sign the agreement will result in a reservation cancellation. Please contact us with any questions prior to booking to prevent any charges.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
